Data Protector Error during agent rollout: Cannot connect to the SCM on client

When encountering the following error during software deployment of Data Protector, the following fix can be used to resolve it.

[Critical] [110:1022] Cannot connect to the SCM (Service Control Manager) on client client.domain.local: [5] Access is denied.

C:\Program Files\OmniBack\bin>omniinetpasswd.exe -add \s_backup

User ‘\s_backup’ was successfully added.
